We found this place when exploring the city Center in Port Louis. It’s a nice hangout spot for friends and families. The food here is delicious. We ordered their farm house pizza and spaghetti with some soft drinks. Their star ingredient is the garlic sauce they serve in the sides. We got our food within minutes and it was also economical. Great place to have lunch. This was also open on Sunday even though the city centre is closed on Sundays.

Dropped by today for the Reef and Chicken Pasta. The staff was nice. Only thing I found strange, were the accompaniments, I was given Chili, garlic and ketchup, but unlike the previous time I bought same from Panarottis La Croisette, I did not get Parmesan Cheese with my order.
Had a great lunch with my friends last Friday there. The prawn deluxe and reef and chicken were yummilicious! However, we're quite disappointed with the staff service. There was a discount on that day, 2 large pizzas for Rs799. Upon ordering, I requested for half flavoured for both pizzas(large), the waiter didn't advise properly. When we proceeded with payment later, we were told that half flavoured pizza is not applicable for discount hence, we had to pay a total of Rs 1299. The staff said that they're new so they're unaware. Being a restaurant,Customer service is very important. The staff should clearly advise the customers upon ordering, not upon payment time. That's the only thing that disappointed us at Panarottis. Customers should be cautious while ordering for discounted pizzas.
Update - 06 April 2024: Following the bad experience that I previously had at this branch, I visited again to check whether any changes had been initiated after my review. I have to concede that they did not disappoint and I spent a nice time there. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We were served with a smile, in spite of the fact that the staff was visibly tired. They did their best and we appreciate the effort. Moreover, the food was absolutely delicious and was served piping hot. We definitely do not regret giving them another chance. Good work! ********* I'm a regular customer at Panarottis and I have usually had a nice experience in all the branches. However, this time, I did not have as much of a pleasant experience at this branch as I'm used to. Maybe the staff was tired or overworked, I don't know. There was a girl who was putting plates on the tables. She set the plates on other tables, even on empty ones, but she completely ignored us. I had to tell her if she could give us the cutleries and imagine my surprise when she banged the plates so abruptly in front of me, with a loud thud, that I thought the plates would break into pieces. It was very awkward, especially since I had other people with me. Moreover, the pizza and twist, which were served to us after a very long wait, were cold. Our order came quite late and I could not help feeling that the food was ready a long while ago, but no one had served us. Although the lady who served us our food was really kind and courteous, still, the rudeness of that other staff as well as the cold food had already ruined our day. I really hope that it's a one-off incident, which won't happen again. Otherwise, I'm afraid that such kind of behaviour could tarnish the image of Panarottis.
Cannot find a better tasting pizza than the Chicken Deluxe. However, service is a bit lacking as the food served is not piping hot as I'd expect when eating inside the restaurant. Some tables are old and unstable as well.
